Refund policy

 

Wheels & Tyres are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE, all wheels are inspected before leaving the store/warehouse and therefore should not have any problems, if for any reason, a flaw is spotted straight after the wheels/tyres arrives to you, the client, please contact the sales team on - WHATSAPP: 0820990123 or 0764244163  to inquire, however every wheel is inspected before leaving the store/warehouse, and has been photographed to assure condition. 

If an exchange or refund would like to be made before the purchased wheel/tyre is used, the customer will have to provide the wheels/tyres in its original condition, in its original packaging, with the invoice/receipt, within 1 week of purchase date, as well as NO TYRE should have been fitted on the wheel. If a tyre was fitted to the wheel, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or a refund.

Khans Fitment Group (and associated branches): Liberty Moon Trading 88 CC, I-Tech Frames CC, Shamak Auto & Style (PTY) LTD, Shamak Auto-Quip (PTY) LTD, Shamak Fitment Centre (PTY) LTD, Khans Automotive Spares (PTY) LTD - will not be held responsible for any damages caused or incurred once the wheel has been equipped with tyres, and fitted on a vehicle.

Damages to wheels due to negligent driving or bad roads will not be the responsibility of Khans Fitment Group (and associated branches) Liberty Moon Trading 88 CC, I-Tech Frames CC, Shamak Auto & Style (PTY) LTD, Shamak Auto-Quip (PTY) LTD, Shamak Fitment Centre (PTY) LTD, Khans Automotive Spares (PTY) LTD.
